Refund Policy
Report damaged, defective or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We replace the item or refund it in full, including shipping. Unopened, resalable items can be returned within 14 days for a refund less shipping; food, cosmetics and personal-care items that have been opened cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
